I’m excited to share info about the upcoming Level 2 Food Safety Training dates and locations.

This training is aimed at small to mid-sized farmers, but we are also inviting Extension Agents and farmers market managers to attend as well.  Priority will be given to farmers, since our primary goal is to increase the number of GAP certified farms in the state.  But if you are an Agent or market manager interested in learning how to create an on-farm food safety plan geared toward the USDA Harmonized GAP audit, please register.  I will do my best to get as many into the training as possible!  Attached is a flyer detailing the dates, locations, and training topics.
